    Because Charlie was a very hateful bigot who spread hate speech disguised as freedom of speech in a country filled with people who has a fetish about killing other people, just to look like "heroes" in some people eyes. Many people wanted to see him be put down and someone took it, and that's what makes it obvious.

    The shooter went back to his future timeline after he successfully neutralized the next Hitler so we can live in peace and harmony. He did go to 90’s to kill baby Kirk first but he couldn’t get himself to kill an innocent baby at the time, so he went to a timeline where his existence was known and could destroy his entire legacy enough by dying in a very shocking way just to be made a mockery of by the entire world
