Sorry if I’m incredibly late, but regarding the little spoken word poem that Drake says at the end of Shot For Me:
“May your neighbors respect you
Trouble neglect you
Angels protect you
And heaven accept you”
Did he come up with that? Or does that originate from somewhere/someone else?
I ask because in the open scene of S2E4 of Daredevil, this dude in the show says that same exact poem. Also, upon further research, I see Lady Antebellum also says those lyrics in a song titled, “Never Alone.”
