An alternative to living in a America? I mean...simply living in another country that doesn't seem to take from our culture frequently and then treats us like second class citizens? Perhaps living in a country with most of its history steeped in the enslavement, mistreatment, murder, and rape of our people? Those countries do exist out there...and many of them are pretty damn nice.
Truthfully, I understand the comfort that living in America in modern times has brought to us, but I just cannot bring myself around to celebrating a country's birthday when I am aware of the atrocities it has frequently committed to our people throughout its history. Something about it just does not sit right in my soul at all.

I think being black moving to any first world country besides America is very weird since we r a rarity in those countries. And it's hard to tell how s*** will shake out over the years I mean Europe is becoming a lot more conservative and Asia is a f***ing no go. South America or Canada are the only options I'd feel comfortable with
