But why? Artists going commercial is almost never good for their art. You have to water yourself down to appeal to broader audiences and for what?

4NEM dropped in January and it showed that musically he's still one of the best in his lane. Pretty sure he's independent too. He definitely still has a very loyal fanbase who will still check whatever music he drops. He has control of his own music and image, still getting booked for shows and music fests. He seems to be doing pretty great without having to bend to the music industry by the look of it
Facts, he’s in a perfect spot and is smart enough to know this. I wouldn’t get tied up in industry s*** either if I were him
