ASAKIDon't talk about politics or religion in the workplace. That's rule #1 of professionalism. Everyone knows this.
It doesn't matter what group you're talking about: liberals, conservatives, anarcho-primitivists, Muslims, Christians, whoever. You just don't bring that s*** up because you have no clue who's gonna be hearing all that and you're definitely going to have no clue who at HR is gonna be looking over that complaint.

ok now DIS is intersectionalityNot exactly, he's easily susceptible to it so he may not be as competent as he should in the future IF he let's it effect him. It's possible he'll be fine and I'm not saying fire him but a course on behavior in the workplace should help him. Maybe this was a bad day and we all get mood swings but they should review if he's acted like this before and let him know he can't do this again.

now if he did have anger issues of some sort? sure, that may affect his piloting depending on circumstance, but we dunno if he has anger issues we just know he lashed out during what he thought was a private convo
