Took a solid break from recording and getting back to it. Was hoping to get a vibe check for the demo and thoughts/suggestions on whether I should add drums and what they could sound like.

That was my gut feeling too, but I also have been guilty of leaving out drums (least fav/skilled part of my producing). Appreciate the thoughts

It’s a better song without them but dumber masses might eat up some Sunflower type pop drums
but great sound

Yeah i agree. It needed more love for sure, but even with minimal drums, it killed the vibe I was going for. I ended up just building out a proper bridge and arranging it a bit differently than before, and I'm feeling it much more now. Much love for all the feedback!

I could see some washy slow attack tambourines or similar working maybe? Anyway im glad you got it the way you like it
