Is the Outer Worlds worth it? Note that I’ve tried to get into Fallout 4 but really couldn’t so was just wondering.
Depends on why you couldn't get into Fallout
It felt very clunky gameplay wise and slow. Don’t hate me, I’ve only played 3 hours lol
Outer Worlds is like a half-assed Fallout game, so no, you shouldn’t buy it if you didn’t even like the real thing.
It's a cool game I'd say worth 20 bucks. It's a little smoother than fallout but the gameplay and length help that. Since it's not super long or combat oriented the controls aren't nearly as big a problem as 100 hr plus fallout games fighting mad s***
Joint was bunz. I swear it had the same exact starting questline as Fallout.
Intro
Get to Big Town
Understand Big Town's problem
Choose between saving group A or group b
Live with choice and consequences
Uninstalled when I realized what it was
Edit: I understand Bethesda (as an example) does this with Elder Scrolls games, with the whole prisoner thing @ the intro, but at least that's a series constant. This was supposed to be a whole new IP.
Its a cool game for a reduced price
