Anybody denying that weed can make you complacent is lying to you
Mr. Soberologist over here
I accomplished a lot as a functioning stoner I just wanted to have a more grounded connection with my innermost self
Laziness carries over, acting like your behaviors and thought patterns will change drastically on day 28 of no weed is bozo behavior

Looks like the weed f***ed with your reading comprehension
Weed sucks
Bought a delta-8 THC edible from a smoke shop, thought I was raw af.
30 mg and I took the all of it. Don't know why I did that as I rarely ever smoke.
Overdosed and was damn near comatose for 12 straight hours. But I woulda destroyed some p**** if it was available.
9 months clean from weed, looking to hit the full year soon
3.5 years here bro hold strong
@op do you have the self control to just smoke 1-2 times a month as a reward to yourself? If so that’s you’re best bet
Otherwise you’re better off just quitting altogether
Thought, I’m not sure if that will suddenly make you productive. Personally I was more productive when I smoked.(artistically at least)
But when you quit, you sleep better, deeper, you remember more s***, your thoughts are clearer, etc.
yea that wiz tweet hit
you literally will be more productive. weed taps into your dopamine reward system and dopamine interfaces with an ancient part of your brain that distinguishes between the peri-personal space and extra-personal space. Peri meaning near, extra meaning far. if you rocking with the weed regularly your body says "everything i need is in my peri-personal space ion needa do shit"
think about it, back in the day the difference between a fruit up in a tree and a fruit on the ground was a huge difference. you needed that drive to go get it.
there are many other compounding factors but bottom line the d*** is making you complacent, if you are entertaining the idea of quitting that tells me all i need to know, and you should follow through with that
i finally quit 2 weeks ago, for good ong, and I've never felt better. it's not doing you no favors bro, move on with your life
took me countless times tryna limit my intake and use in moderation before i realized that when I'm smoking I'm basically only thinking about the next smoke. that's not a way to live and if you relate to that it's time to hang it up
I smoke daily but only at the very end of the day after all my responsibilities are taken care of. Best of both worlds imo.
also i dont drink daily prolly 1-3 times per week but when i do drink i always blackout and my memory is historically ass and all the substances make it worse am i an alcoholic
this is a more pressing problem than the marijuana

i love this post so true <3
I was an evenings after work everyday smoker for the past 4 years. Took my last puff of weed or nicotine on December 8th. Have also cut back alcohol intake to almost none, and only in social situations (no drinking at home). Insane how much better I feel. Have suddenly become a morning person. Able to plan better and think long term etc. You’ll notice the only people telling you ITT that weed doesn’t make you lazy are the people still smoking weed. I love weed, I love getting high, literally my favorite thing in the world. But the past month without it has been awesome and I don’t plan to go back.

Only time my resolve weakens really is when I’m s*** faced drunk
i wanna be more productive
If you wanna be productive you gotta work on yourself. Weed isn’t the problem, you’re your own problem.
OP if you blackout drinking multiple times a week I feel like you should acknowledge that first . That will probably help solve other problems
smoke less, go vaping, trust me
