Be careful for obvious reasons. as others have said if you’re not on the same team it might be ok since you don’t have to be around her for 8 hours. But if it’s close knit team and you see yourself working this job for a few years be careful

Just do something non committal and ask her to go grab drinks with your friends or something, invite her to something you’d do regularly and tell her to bring her friends. Inviting her out to hang out in a group setting is more relaxed and you can sue out her vibes from there. Or invite all your coworkers out for drinks
