They basically made the label what they are now

Big nasty Pee favors Baby over everybody else in the group. Makes it obvious too. Coming up on year 2 and Migos ain’t really drop s***. Starting to think they should seek different management and label.

In terms of numbers the QC strategy seems to work really well for the artists they sign, looking at what they did with Lil Baby.

QC even got Yachty to sell reasonably well a couple years ago, and that dude sucks

Making the solo albums in betwen Cultures was probably a mistake, but only because the albums were so mediocre.

Facts, solo albums were rushed as f***

Yeah looking back on it, it seems like QC dropped the ball with them

Way too much music came out and their sound just became stale

  • May 2, 2020

It’s not favorites it’s catching lighting in a bottle. If they bench Baby again in favor of another Migos run that’s a lost opportunity.

  • May 2, 2020

lil Baby as an underdog is hugely relatable to people. I’d rather listen to him talking about improving than Migos saying the same flexin s*** at this point.

  • May 2, 2020

They ran put of luck like Cardi, at least that's what it seems.

    🥱

You thought you had it with this huh lol

  • May 2, 2020

it feels so overly commercialised these days and not in a good way.

  • May 2, 2020

If I were them I'd have dropped the Culture shtick after the second one, dunno why they dropping 3

They should just drop another No Label II type project (obvs totally diff title) with like 20 bangers with features from everyone big in hip/hop, like they have the resources & connections to pull that together, no one cares for them as a group nowadays but if you pulled summin like that at least you guarantee'd a hit

  • May 2, 2020

they need to rebrand themselves and trying something new, rap is rapidly changing and if they wanna be relevant again they need to change their formula maybe try new producers (P was great on stir fry)

  • I wouldnt say QC dropped the ball with them until we see how this next album sells

  • May 2, 2020

    migos are a dying breed

  • May 2, 2020

management ain’t the problem. they just dropping MID PACK.

QC should be making them slow down or at least provide actually quality control over quantity 🤦‍♂️

  • May 2, 2020

    He just letting them breathe
    Come back fresh

  • May 2, 2020

    Migos are done

  • May 2, 2020

No other major will put them on the pedestal like that. They know that the group has already reached its commercial peak and would probably put them in the second tier of management.
