  • As long as there’s a sufficient amount of evidence that they’re guilty

If you’re an ethically sound human, then f*** no lol

How about (like with all things in the justice system) we focus on rehabilitation? Cause rapists clearly had a lot of trauma in their past that led to them becoming a rapist.

Also, let’s put a bigger emphasis on providing mental health care in our society in general as a preventative measure, instead of this barbaric idea

Let's start castrating people in a judicial system that is already incredibly corrupt and unfair. What could go wrong?

And once cruel and unusual punishment is allowed, don't think for a second that it will stop at rape cases for it to be permitted. You'll quickly start seeing hands cut off for stealing bread like the good old Middle Ages.

I have little faith in the justice system to get a correct conviction. What makes you think a gross overreach like this is an exception?

That’s fine. But there should be more specialized, designated courts for them then, to counter false-accusations.

I'm uncomfortable with the idea of any nation surgically castrating or killing civilians as a form of punishment, even for heinous reasons that make me mad enough to agree with

  • May 21, 2022

No just put all the rapists on one floor together

  • May 21, 2022

    Barbaric

  • May 21, 2022

I’ve discussed this idea with a few people already,it makes sense

    they deserve worse

But,it needs 100% proven that someone was raped by said person they said raped. So,this idea does sound good but it also seems like a setup for some corrupt stuff to take place.

People believe in cause and effect and most of the time, people will not help a rapist because of the principle of the matter. It’s not necessarily right but at the same time,a victim isn’t trying to see someone found guilty and sentenced to a rehabilitation center until proven well.

Pakistan & Nigeria implemented this recently. Let’s see the effects of this in the next 5 years, and what effect it’ll have on their crime stats.

Regardless, I pray, every rapist burns eternally in hell. May they have a cursed life now, and the hereafter.

  • May 21, 2022

This is such a horrible idea

  • May 21, 2022

Building a justice system based on revenge is such a bad idea. And also rape doesn't only happen with your d*** tf?

let's get to the part where rapists actually go to jail first

That has more to do with the investigation process than the actual legislation.

  • May 21, 2022

There is no net positive to doing this besides some sociopathic feeling of justice

  • May 21, 2022
