This tweet went viral recently concerning some cringe behavior from The Weeknd on stage

    vIdeo in question:

After The Weeknd's flop with The Idol, it seems like the general public has greatly shifted their perception of him. I started to wonder, should The Weeknd have remained mysterious? It seems like the more he puts himself out there, the more it ruins his image without any real benefits. What do you guys think?

this no s***appeal thing is such blatant revisionist history lol

the weeknd is a gorgeous ass dude

He was cooler mysterious but he wouldn't be 1/10th as successful as he is.

Ultimately is boils down to the decision making of the artist.

Weeknd went from potentially being SGP tier to securing generational wealth for his family for the rest of their lineage

the controversy in Twitter is irrelevant he‘s bigger than ever, has found his way to sneak into Hollywood + in real life most people don‘t care about that s*** and still listen to his music

Ask any woman who was at a Weeknd concert from like 2012 to 2018

  • Aug 15, 2023

No,you can't perform at the f***ing Super Bowl by remaining an internet mystery. He was always poised to be a superstar, even before people knew what he looked like.
