So about 2 weeks ago my older sister says some s*** to me about this dude driving really slow on my street. Like especially slow past our house and s***.

So a couple days after that, me and my girl were leaving the house around midnight, and we see the car my sister described. Dude was going mad slow down my street
So i waited for him to pass my crib and i followed him. I stayed behind him for a bit until he turned around in the parking lot to a barbershop right near my house abruptly as hell so we went on with our s***

So i left my crib an hour ago, saw him driving down my street as i left, and i just got back onto my street and saw this mf again going very slow🤨

Am i being paranoid about a neighbor or should i say something if i see this dude again
