really hope they don't take it in the direction of harrison killing dexter (or dexter dying some other way) and continuing "new blood" with dexter being harrison's dark passenger. feel like that's so obvious, but i'm hoping my expectations will be subverted

It got me thinking Dexter might kill Harrison to prevent him from becoming a monster or doing something awful

yeah, it's got me really curious to see what's next. i'd love to see more dexter/michael c hall, but i'd prefer new blood to just be the end of the series. regardless of how it ends, i'm sure it'll be decent just based off the fact they know the reception of s8

Ain't no one watching a show called Harrison lool. I don't mind him as a side character but MCH runs this show no doubt. The last show of him with the knife is some great acting from him
