Why you say that? To me it seems like he's willing to follow the code for 100%, like Dexter in the beginning of the series, and not kill innocent people or non-murderers like Dexter started doing later on.

By killing Dexter he also killed someone who murdered an innocent man. Thus Harrison followed the code. Dexter didnt want the chair so gave his son that option

Harrison was willing to kill those guys that attacked him with that razor of his if it wasn't for Dexter stopping him, he also broke that guy's arm for no reason... seems pretty f***ed to me

Also Dexter was self defense, and it was out of character/badly written either way

Was really good apart from the ending, the kid was annoying as f*** and 90% of the cast are really bad actors

The ending sucked. I really thought there is going to be another season with only a big trial and we see dozens of flashbacks to previous characters and kills, we hear and see people like Batista as a witness and it all ends in Dexter getting the death penalty.. would've been awesome.
