wasn’t amazing but the last 10-15 minutes were GREAT.

I'm so glad this is back, first episode had that slow pilot feel but introducing Jr. towards the end was payoff enough. Still feel like they could've waited but they have to avenge those last 2 seasons as well as compete with YOU (I know its not a cable based show but its popular and pretty much the new hot version of this series) so they had to go all out.
Making Deb the new dark passenger was perfect. I'll miss Harry/James Remar in that role but it needed something new, and Dexter arguing with the ghost of woman who speaks in profanities will be a funny twist in later episodes
