Revival is hot garbage but Em’s so insecure he made an album about it and on the opening track of Music to be Murdered to he b****es about it again. He’s one of the most well respected in his craft and successful rappers but he goes apeshit just because not everybody is on his d*** over that failure of rap-rock album.

Insecure or not, I definitely understand it.

The Source underscored so many albums that are looked at as classics now that I feel like they retroactively gave some the 5 mics they actually deserved.

It definitely will make you feel like s*** if a project you put hard work into gets scored as a mid or trash album, especially if you dont consider it to be.

But Ems problem is too many Yes Men as well and I think that needs to be addressed also

That album got more than it deserved from critics

And another thing is, part of what fueled Eminems greatest music is critics panning him and the general public talking s*** about him, much like everyone is doing now.

When he was getting universal praise as the GOAT, he didnt have a lot to say. But now that his public image is back to people talking negative like in his old days, his music is getting better slowly but surely.
