everyone that worked on the good xcoms are all at different studios now, so even if it were to be made, it's no promise it'd live up to it's predecessors

That makes sense to me because playing as Caesar in 1900s always felt kinda funny. I just hope they can balance it well enough for it to be interesting

People gotta remember every base Civ game is barebones compared to the predecessor. As long as the foundation of the game is good, it's gonna be a good Civ

It's pretty fun, but it's just annoying you can't continue after a victory or loss. There's no "one more turn..." option right now.

It was also quite annoying that the game ended for me 2 turns before i could finish Operation Ivy and win with that win condition.
