Well it’s been 3 since and you and society generally seem about the same. You’re a good egg.

My friends were too. Just me goin

Same thing in Django when he kicks upside down Jamie's metal brace thing and said "cock a doodle doo ni**er" and the whole theatre erupted the f***

It’s because it’s jarring and unexpected. That’s where a lot of comedy comes from.

I think Quentin has a really dark sense of humor and it might not have gelled with you a couple times. It has happened to me sometimes with other things where I'm legit offended by something. Like this one episode of Peep Show where Mark is ridiculed for being raped by a woman

Quentin’s first big theater experience being when his mothers black football player boyfriend took him to a blaxploitation film in a black theater while people were screaming obscenities at the screen—explains so much about him. Y’all should read his new book.

Idk intellectualizing the violence on women in a way my dumb ass can't refute. Still not changing my mind that QT is a very talented but very creepy dude that doesn't have much of a problem conveying it.

I don't get why the women bothered you when Tex was the first to get bitten by the dog

People always act like Tarantino is some perverted creep, but there’s barely any nudity in any of his movies. There’s Bruce Willis’s ass in Pulp Fiction and half a b*** in a non erotic scene in Django. He had every excuse in the world to fill Death Proof with nudity and he didn’t, it’s just got a lap dance. If anything he’s a pretty tame director. He’s nowhere near as sleazy as his influences. Don’t give me the feet rebuttal.

    Pulp Fiction
(True Romance, don’t care if it counts)
    Reservoir Dogs
    Jackie Brown
    Django Unchained
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
Inglorious Basterds (one of his best openings though)
    Kill Bill
    Hateful Eight
    Death Proof

I like them all but early Quentin tends to be my favorite

It’s included in his older box set and he considered it apart of his universe where as he disowns NBK. I like it a lot but I get why he hates the script changes.
