OP was talking about albums that came and went, and even with Rod Wave getting his sales, it's looking like his album is going down that same path cause the people ain't rocking with it. It got its first week which is good. But the reception has been bad-lukewarm, which does bode well for its staying power

Exactly. Sales shouldn't be a metric anymore. Some artists don't even sell their music physically. It's dumb to convert streams to sales, they are not even remotely the same
