@op any recs for dealing with blackheads/dry skin around the nose apart from just the usual routine in op?
also any good eye cream/serum recs?

Hey! whenever people ask about blackheads, I just want to clarify that they actually are blackheads and not sebaceous filaments as the latter are permanent:

If you have black heads I’d recommend to double cleanse, one with oil and the second a water based. Follow it up with a salicylic acid treatment (this step unclogs the pores) and make sure to moisturize heavy to replenish the skin. They will be gone in no time.

I personally don’t use any eye creams or serums, personally find them to be a marketing scam. I know the skin is a little more delicate there but it’s not enough to where you have to spend another $60/90 for luxurious products. Your current routine should have enough nutrients to help the entire face.

I have glass skin at this point and occasional acne

If anyone needs good, cheap body lotion, I highly suggest Palmer's Cocoa Butter. It's incredible

A combination of Tretinoin .5% + Finacea 15% is probably the best two products.

Over the counter, i’d recommend double cleansing & maintaining a consistent routine of chemical exfoliation.

yeah ive been using it daily for years as it’s what my derm recommended. i do like that it’s water based as I have a pretty oily skin type. i like palmers coco butter a lot too for body
