Yes, you should be wearing sunscreen everyday regardless if you go outside or not. It doesn’t just fight sun rays but also greatly helps in anti-aging as well as dealing with hyperpigmentation.
Maybe try getting a light sunscreen. Something like La Roche Posay or Rohto Super Moisture Milk will feel like a light moisturizer rather than a greasy sunscreen.
