What do you guys recommend for under eye circles? Right now they're a bit pigmentated and the skin is thinner there

Also what do you recommend for hyaluronic acid? Is TO Hyaluronic Acid enough? I see most people recommend Hada Labo Gokujyun lotion but here we only have Hada Labo Tokyo and I don't know if there's a difference between these two

Skincare routines take a lot of time, effort and money, best believe I want to use as little products with as much effect as possible

Also I have plenty of small bumps on my face that look like pimples under my skin. Don't think they're blackheads cause they don't have any color. Are they some sort of acne scars?
