    i love msm cream
i love tatchas lip mask ( the skin on our lips is often neglected)
i love Castro oil and biotin ( our scalps need to be treated and massaged to stimulate hair growth and thickness)
and i love love rosehip oil ( especially on my neck because my mom always said , you can take care of your face but when you neglect the neck , it will tell your age by lines and wrinkles)

Retinol/retinoids help stimulate collagen production, but I would suggest doing your research on one before buying because they’re powerful ingredients that can have brutal side effects if you don’t use it properly or supplement your routine properly

If your skins naturally dry or you don’t keep it hydrated, it could irritate your skin and make it sting/dry/flaky. I didn’t see what the % of retinol is in the cream (1% is usually considered a strong starter dose but it’s probably watered down a bit by the other ingredients), if it was me, I would just work it in slowly and only use it 1-2 Times a week for a few weeks to let my skin adjust, but I would just listen to how your skin responds to it

    Should’ve gotten tretionin instead

Retinol is usually stronger & if your new to this am assuming your already going thru the retinization phase (peeling + dry skin)

You’d wanna use moisturizer before applying the retinol yo act as a buffer. No it won’t weaken the effect of retinol.

Apply only 3x a week. Pea sized on each side of the face

Moisturize as much as u need it

YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO USE SUNBLOCK. 50 SPF MINIMUM. MANDATORY

Idk why ppl using a bunch of oils just buy omega3 with an EPA higher than 400 & it will work 10x better. Bad idea if ur prone to break outs tho

Vitamin C + tretionin/retinol + PRP once every 3 months + red light therapy is the gold standard for skin care

    still need help on this

Chagrin Valley Soap and Salve sea buckthorn tamanu oil, it works so well that it even fades AND heals stretch marks. I had horrible cystic acne scars on my forehead and it's completely clear. A bit pricey but sooo worth it.

The sea buckthorn and tamanu oil helps with stretch marks but the Tamanu oil salve works best because it lasts a lot longer on the skin than an oil.

I love Krave Beauty's Great Barrier Relief when my skin is looking a little too red and irritated

I've never used azelaic acid personally, but I've seen a lot of people saying mixing Paula's Choice azelaic acid booster with their moisturizer has done a lot of good for their red spots
