It's because of the hateful history that got thrown onto it unfortunately. Personally I think it's wack how the swastika became a symbol of hate when initially it represented the complete opposite and was used in many Asian and African cultures. There are also many different designs for a swastika belonging to different cultures so to me it is pretty s***ty damn near any swastika is seen as anti-semetic.
That being said it's just easier to just avoid the potential headache related to it, even if you're anti-nazism

DESTROY was a slogan for Malcolm McLaren and Vivain Westwood's fashion line, it was called Seditionaries but most people would just know it as "one of those Destroy shirts". The other famous Destroy shirt you might have seen is Mickey and Minnie Mouse shooting heroin, that one got reprinted a lot
If you look at the actual design itself it's a collage of iconography like christ on the cross, a giant swastika, a stamp of the queen.
