You don’t know about dynamic microphones? There’s no filter needed on that kind of microphone it doesn’t pick up pops really. Solange’s album When I Get Home was recorded the same way as well as some of Tyler’s last album. It can be mixed to high quality as shown there, the sound of the mix on the mike joint isn’t just because he used that mic and recorded like that, it’s on purpose
