what is the krule and jadasea affiliation and how did it come about
Just very good friends. London born and bred. Worked together a long long time.
Still waiting on the sequel he mentioned to YNS as coming 'very soon'
what is the krule and jadasea affiliation and how did it come about
Archy used to make beats and sometimes rap as Edgar the Beatmaker (also djjdsports), collabed with Jamie Isaac and had a rap group called Sub Luna City together with Jadasea, Rago Foot and another dude, they made one album together. Jada is on a lot of his Edgar tapes too

Rago Foot is still his tour DJ btw and also made a tape together with King Carter from slums
Still kinda love djjdsports tbh, he was highkey doing the lo-fi hip-hop thing before the hype

rym had a review for Negro on top of it's homepage the other day
they've started to do some real stuff from time to time
New Kahlil Blu is indeed nice, much better than the last one imo. One to watch. The newest Silkmoney album he produced on is even better tho
What if we got a mike/archy marshall collab
Renaissance Man always felt like a spiritual collab with Archy to me tbh, def some ANP2D influence on there. There's also that mystery feature by Anthony Marshall but that's neither his brother's nor his father's name so I dunno.
That album is mad underrated imo, production on there is f***ing goat
King Krule directly linking up with the slums scene is def something which needs to happen soon and probably will too
yeah siifu is still my fav
love soulful siifu
Belgian producer
just revisited Negro on loud speakers, really wild and relevant rn. The more I listen the more I notice the order in the chaos too, really impressive how all the sounds are assembled. Ngl it's a really tough listen, extremely paranoid and even painful (as in, the anger sounds like a channeling of extreme pain). Wasn't able to listen to this regularly tbh, I still can't exactly say how much I enjoy it but I'm still very impressed with what he crafted with this. (btw I do occassionally listen to noise/experimental/loud s***, it's not at all that I'm just new to it)
This song has been hitting sooo different as of late.
what a gem.
when I snap it's a neck!
Iojii went extra hard on that verse
peep his s*** too, also worked a lot with Swarvy (who prod half of Lil Big Man)
Sideshow got one. This heat
https://soundcloud.com/sideshow-bob-728292295/strength-prod-alexander-spitquite nice, didn't see he already had two more projects out this year either. Just spinned his short EP Ginger Shot, first track with Med is nice and I dig the screwed version of the Jadasea song particularly
new jwords dancepack with interactive website, first track is nice
