    Documentary is pretty good
Would recommend it to any fans

The origin story of him being a well known radio DJ among other things was pretty cool to find out

    stay off the d\*\*\*\* too
Kinda wild to see George Clinton say '90% of the time we hung out in the 70s & 80s we were chasing d****' and then when crack came out 'me and Sly were crackheads'

Seeing the clip of Sly being interviewed about d**** and acting like he tried them only a little bit while he's clearly high at the time was saddening

Some folks aren't built for it, George Clinton must have some elite biology since he's 2 years older than Sly but doing alright meanwhile Sly is unfortunately a shell of a person (that motorcycle accident really messed Sly up though)

The band members taking a hit of mescaline before going on stage at Woodstock (and probably other d**** at other shows etc) sounds crazy,

I know I'm gonna feel super sad when I finish watching this since his story is quite tragic

    Edit: we lit

It ended with his family saying he's been clean for a couple years now and things are good
    Made me smile

gotta check this out asap. was worried it was gonna be a puff piece or whatever judging off other recent music docs on legacy acts but this sounds great
