I have a head cold, nothing major just a sore throat, runny nose, small appetite and slight fatigue. I’ve been eating cough drops like candy though, sore throats are the one thing I cannot stand. If I have a sore throat and no other symptoms I’ll still want to stay in bed all day.

Would yall advise against rolling up a fat one while sick? I don’t wanna irritate my throat but at the same time it’s hard as hell to sleep

I do that so I just stay in bed all day it's a good decision

smoking always makes me feel better and makes food so much easier to eat when sick but you definitely feel worse the next day/when you come down and it prolly doesn’t help in long run

Smoking always helps when I'm sick with something minor. Realize 40 mins-an hour after smoking "Damn, I forgot I had a headache and wanted to throw up earlier ". It can make your throat even worse but OJ usually helps me with that
