ye’s voice model is pulled from hours of fully mixed and mastered vocals, I’ve never heard someone unmix a vocal to sound like that before

idk where ur getting this, he doesn’t sound far from the mic at all he’s just mumbling. the only thing in the snippet i would say would actually be difficult to get is that laugh/gasp after he says looking for the second time. i dont wanna stand on that tho cus idk how advanced the AI voice changers have gotten.

I'm no expert and only listened to the snippet on my laptop... but couldn't you train the AI on unmixed vocals/mumble demos if you wanted to make it sound authentic
