I would be OK if it's the latter tbh. He's either released or produced like 8 albums in the past 2 years. I can afford to wait another few months for a polished Kanye solo album

Why would he still be working on music on as much as he does if he didn't love it ? It's not what makes him money now and he could easily focus on other things

I agree with this. I don’t think that relentless drive for creating the best music possible is there anymore. JIK sounded like an album created by someone who’s really religious and just happens to also make music. And now Kanye also has running for president and a crumbling marriage on his mind
