producer who is being paid and credited for their work made demo and got it shopped and we’re supposed to be mad for him lol ok
Wow Kendrick is a piece of s*** for this.
Unacceptable behavior.

Pride is another example
Chorus / Intro is Steve Lacey, Anna Wise and someone else
But none are credited as features
But this is normal
J Cole has so many examples of this too, as do most rappers
Many songs start as a producer/writer hook that the main artist takes and reworks, and any vocals that stay may sometimes not get "feature" credit
You can't point out anything that makes Drake not look like a perfect human being without Papi's army getting incredibly defensive
You guys are just as unbothered as your hero
Why are chico pacas and yebba credited and not elkan?
His part is way more central to the song than either of theirs
He has two hooks, on both beats of the song
Seconds wise, he is on more of the song than either of those 2
What’s the reason
Idk ask Pharrell. Sometimes people dont get credited as feats.

you making good rebuttals and examples tbh. in all the cases you brought up i would like the hook artists to have been credited

anna wise is singing on it and is credited as a writer
are u being obtuse on purpose
that's literally part of the hook
the part where he's saying names he didn't come up with either
Ok so he redid the adlib
And he left the part in the song where Elkan calls out the girls name
That's what u call taking most of the song ?

Another song?
Kendrick cannot be top 10 imo. This is ridiculous!
Wahhhhh!
it would've been more surprising if his vocals weren't on the f***ing song to begin with
elkan deserves whatever love he can get tho
i think it would've been f***ed up if drake took all of elkan's vocals off the song or something along those lines but this might be the most low effort drake hate i've seen in a while
this too!!! as far as we know rn, drake wrote all the verses. he also could've had the idea to put the two beats together
RN the smoking gun is that drake had another artist do the hook on a big song, and that he took the 'who callin that s***' adlib
elkan not being credited though i think has more water as a critique but even then it clearly isn't a drake pretend its all him situation.
Yea he definitely qualifies as a feature listing.

Nope. Its been documented Kendrick made it all himself. Guitar and all.

the big 3 are rat b******s
Ok?
Example -
https://youtu.be/ou8wYnh6ZBM?si=X99qcyXtJkjOfbMs
This was released as Gun Walk (feat Gudda Gudda)
Juicy J (who also produced the song), does the final chorus. He is not credited as a feature - only as producer (with background vocals).
This is normal with many hiphop releases, and if you check Apple Music - Elkan has background vocal credits
Juicy J was a part of an extremely successful and well known hip hop group and is successful in their own right having one of the most recognizable voices in rap.
Elkan is none of those things. He deserved credit.
the big 3 are rat b******s
Just like In every other field
You don’t get to the top without exploiting people below you
Carti never did that
he used AI instead
my goat
Ok so he redid the adlib
And he left the part in the song where Elkan calls out the girls name

he isn't credited as a writer while he wrote most of the important parts
if drake wrote those parts and let someone else sing them then cool but the producer had a song ready already and gave it to drake and drake made his own version
the problem is that the idea for the song didn't come from drake
Drake stans tryna switch the convo to him being credited when it’s really about him not being able to make interesting s*** without another artist giving him the sauce
