M a r b l eI know from experience that if you don’t smoke for two weeks or so and then smoke a cigarette, the cigarette will taste like trash.

also start working out if you aren't already, that will definitely help kill any desire you have to breathe that s*** into your lungs

Yup but helps some with smoking cessation too. If you’ve tried everything else but it’s still not working it’s worth asking your family doc
