And after studying and practicing for months I'm so glad it's over
My score should come within a month. I feel pretty good about it as I finished almost all the questions in each section and answered most of them confidently. Cuz there's a huge difference between answering the questions and answering them confidently lol
congrats. donât rule out taking it a couple more times tho. i did well enough my first try but took it like 4 more times that summer/fall of senior year. sucked to waste a perfectly good saturday in a testing room for 8 hours but as i got more comfortable with it i got my score high enough to get a full-ride scholarship that i would have never got with my first attempt
never studied for it either, most of the questions you donât even need to be a junior in high school to answer. itâs all about doing it expeditiously
i got a 24 and didn't study at all. i can't think of how that score even benefited me ever
SAT easier imo
if they still have that bullshit essay at the start with the new format i disagree lmao
gotta do another 7 hours of testing with my hand sore as s*** from writing 3 pages of bullshit in 20 minutes
I never took the ACT

thank god lol, i graduated in 2016 and i believe they changed it that fall. the prompts were always on some bullshit too

same
I got a 23 but had to guess the whole science section cuz all the questions were about chemistry and I only took physics
there was this dude from the baseball team always trying to start some s*** with me in high school
we had a mutual friend and the friend told me he got a 14 on the ACT

My ex in high school got a 13 or 14 lmfao
After school she went on to be a traveling wook
Tf is a ACT

if youâre american: basically the SAT
if youâre not: standardized test you take to get into university

Ahh understandable đ
I didn't feel like taking my act that week so i just filled the bubble sheet randomly and sat in a position that looked like i was working but i was actually sleep instead
Got a 21 aka the average score
Was gonna take it again but didn't feel like it
In fact i think i went to go take it again and did the same thing or left i don't remember
i have my sat in 2 weeks
kinda scared 4 it ngl
questions arenât hard, thereâs just a lot of them. itâs more a test of how fast you can answer easy-ish s*** rather than what you actually know
my dad made me start taking the SAT in like 6th grade, pro tip is bring some sugar-free mints dont take like 20 and f*** up your stomach but i always found they help focus. bring a snack and water too itâs a long test and you donât wanna be thinking about what youâre gonna eat instead of the test
