    A Mad Ass Nigga

I agree with the first part.

As far as the Tory thing go, dudes were already acting sus before that towards Meg. The Tory shooting just gave losers a reason to crank up the hate. Which is sad. Niggas really pretended to be Tory fans for a couple weeks lol

yeah I guess you guys ain't wrong - def remember weirdos online saying s*** about how they don't trust girls who follow meg on ig last year

    Under covid also.

ktt's so out of touch they don't realize how bad covid affected album sales until the numbers come out next year my g.

There's a reason a lot of superstars didn't drop albums that were probably scheduled to drop this year. (e.g. Kendrick)

I need a damn cryptologist to decipher what the f*** op just said in the title

Meg sold 90k, Tory did similar numbers while being "canceled"
That semester in community college paid off

Tbh it's very blatant that this album was pushed out in a hurry - whole aesthetic seems kinda thrown together. think meg deserves better

They still gonna say "What about the other artists who dropped during covid though?" Not realizing those niggas underperformed too

And that Meg still ended up outselling them as well. What makes them think those artists are gonna fair better against her without covid seeing those numbers lol

    Ariana f***ing Grande sold 182k

If that alone don't tell you how bad COVID has f***ed up sales, I don't know what does my g.

Nah if Kendrick dropped an album tomorrow, it will do numbers, I think it's just touring and setting up a whole press run for an album.

Also no Bundles is effecting the numbers as well.

It will be considerably lower than DAMN's numbers my g.

Iirc streaming numbers have been back to normal in the US for like a month and half now but im not sure

The biggest thing now is that theres no more cheating through bundles and an industry artist like Meg will suffer a lot bc of that

I think she fumbled the rollout tbh

there wasn’t enough attention on her dropping

remember carti’s debut, everyone stopped for that album

I'm agreeing with you lol everyone underperformed. Numbers been so noticeably down that's a major reason why Drake pushed his album back to next year

lack of bundles definitely play a part.

I'm just thinking comparing that to a countrywide pandemic (which does effect niggas roll out heavily as well) that definitely hurt a lot of sales this year my g

Its weird how low it is but it aint that big of a deal

Meg is like a smaller Nicki imo, her fanbase is so active and loud that it seems bigger than it actually is

  • Nov 26, 2020

Body alone is gonna make her 2nd week numbers bigger my g

  • Nov 26, 2020

I thought streams were back one t swift did decent numbers but def been on a slide again since that

92k is not bad for a debut album in 2020 my g.

It’s low for someone who has received nothing but positive press for the past 5 months. She was also on two big hits in 2020 (WAP and Savage)

Put your lil cape away. She flopped

  • Nov 26, 2020

This is a flop with how many anthems she has + all the press. Women don't like this girl the way people think

  • Nov 26, 2020

Savage streams will get this to platinum anyway

I’m surprised to see less than 100k to be honest.
