I meann anytime anyone talks about aliens they are saying stuff with “no backing” . It’s all speculation and theories at the end of the day.

I’m not saying there aren’t other “earth-like” planets, I’m sure there are plenty of planets out there that has resources similar to earth.
But there are also many many planets and galaxies out there that lack those resources , but that doesn’t mean some type of life hasn’t been able to form there

I don’t think it’s far fetched to think that if there are other life forms out there, they very well could’ve evolved in a completely different level of gravity and atmosphere
