Forreal tho 9 times out of 10 he gets other artists songs and compiles them onto an album. Can’t speak on exactly what happens cause I don’t see the process but like for example Greece. A song of Drake that leaked and just said f*** it gave it to Khaled.

his role was bigger back in the day. usually would have a role in either making a song concept for artists or connecting lots of big artists to create a big anthem type record.

used to be a sure fire way to get a radio smash in the era where DJs were still gatekeepers bc he knew all the djs and was a huge presence in florida/ miami

Greece - I think here he was not involved at all and just got it from Drake as a favor

Easily the best part of any Khaled song if you say otherwise you're just wrong. It’s all I listen for on his songs then I just skip to the next song after that.

I remember this era vividly. No other DJ still haven't been able to do what he's done since. its crazy when you think about it. not Flex, Clue, EFN or any other DJ we can name in the last 10 years.
