Now Tory expects us to believe that either Megan's best friend, or his bodyguard shot Megan. Lets rule out her best friend, and say it's the body guard. In all likelihood, his body guard is taking the charge for Tory.

When u building a case against a stranger to the country who has a lot of evidence against him, cops dont let the guy just travel out of their territory like the LAPD did
Im canadian, if I come to NYC and hurt an american, they would 100% lock me up or tell me to stay in NYC while they sorting things out. LAPD wouldnt let a prime suspect just travel interstate all throughout the country
