the poppier songs on that album are my least favorite on there largely (N95, Rich Spirit, Silent Hill, Die Hard) they aren’t bad songs but i find those songs have weaker production compared to the heavier, more conceptual songs on it, i feel like he bridged that accessible + conceptual mix way better on DAMN
it’s a minor gripe but i kinda wished he leaned fully into making a heavy concept album versus sprinkling in some tracks that were accessible, but i get it probably would’ve been too much of a drag and it would’ve potentially crippled the album commercially too much

agree, i like the other tracks but N95 is ASS
