People really underestimate how addictive weed is.

I’ve seen it convert a couple college homies into losers to the point they had to give that s*** a break.

But back to @op . As a lifelong sober cat (I was just never interested, I need to be in control of what’s happening around me and not having that is imo a scary thing) I can tell you it is hard.

Having no buffer for the low days where the thoughts are coming at you heavy can be alot.

At times I do find myself envious of those that smoke/drink it away solange voice BUT I wouldn’t change my circumstances for a thing in the world. It’s a bit of comfort in knowing whatever trials, I’m facing through that s*** head on and will (not if) come out on the other side.

You gotta remind yourself why you are doing it in order to keep on pushing through.

Sure but saying “sobriety is easy” in general just cuz you stopped smoking for a month is insane and frankly offensive to those of us who have had their lives affected and lost homies to actual addiction. Nobody dying or ODing on weed
