Lowkey more stressing than being interviewed
It is, I had to do like 15 interviews in 2 weeks s*** was mad tiring but I just went for it and it was kinda fun tbh. I'd still rather get interviewed tho because I suck at asking questions and digging deeper
I have social anxiety because socializing is often fake as s***, f*** small talk, if I have nothing to say I ain't saying s***
This is true

i feel like its easier to interview someone since you know they are probably nervous too so itll make me relate to them and make it easier.

Idk man, as soon as I notice the other person's nervousness I tend to get nervous as well lol. It's easier when they talk a lot so I don't necessarily have to keep asking after short answers.
I’ve got social anxiety but I’m not introverted. I want to be out there but that anxiety is like getting hit with lightning

Always good to remind yourself of the fact that people are very self-centered and usually more concerned with how they're perceived by others, including yourself, than actively judging other people, including yourself.

Would you consider it to be more of an anti social thing? I sometimes feel like this as well, often I'm just not interested in talking to people and I don't care what they have to say, but it sucks when you're actually trying to have a convo and it just doesn't work out.
so she's basically saying f*** self-awareness lol
this could be good advice for friendly relationships but please do not follow that s*** for professional relationships
I could be 5x times more successful if I could have a conversation with another person and not obsess on every meticulous detail

focus outwards vs inwards, what do you know about body language?
Been feeling so much better like the past 2 years, mostly because I started eating healthier, pretty much stopped smoking and stopped watching p***. Never thought those things would have such an impact on me. Most important thing is I don't stress every social interaction/situation anymore which was a huge thing for me in the past.
Hope y'all doing alright and ppl who have posted in here before have also made some progress

Not too much besides obvious signs

I dislike that this is still pretty relevant. Not making very much progress here

Small steps my man, as long as you don't give up and think there's no room for improvement. Trying not to overthink every word, every sentence can be hard as f*** but just know a convo never goes as planned so it's irrelevant to overthink it, you just gotta be there in the moment (which can be hard af I know).
