Focus on your breathing. Focus on the now. Over time through things like meditation you learn how to manage it.

D**** like Benzo's are fools gold and have no end game.

Chances are you end up worse on them then you were before.

Yeah I'm def trying to stay away from using d**** because it'll only be a crutch in the long run. Tolerance builds up and after a while you're hooked to some d*** that doesn't help you anymore when you need it and you can't quit cause of the withdrawals. F*** all that.

Smoke a joint, always helps. Unless smoking makes you more anxious. I got some CBD tea too that helps you calm down, usually makes me tired enough to sleep. If nothing works u can try sleeping pills but that should be like a last resort I guess

Man anxiety got me on my ass for the past week. Thought I was doing better on my own but I'm starting to feel more and more like I really need therapy and/or medication to function well and get this s*** out my system. The amount of negative thoughts and sadness running through me are kinda overwhelming and it's been a long while since it's been like this. F***. Had to get this off my chest real quick.

i have coping techniques for social anxiety like rehearsing stuff in my head a million times even for meaningless things but it makes interacting so exhausting i try to avoid it all together i think..

I think rehearsing being calm would more productive and less draining.

That's the problem with rehearsing tho: If s*** doesn't work out the way u planned it to be (basically always lmao) it'll only hit u harder and knock u back even further. My anxiety started cooling down a bit once I stopped rehearsing EVERY single thing I was going to do. S*** ain't easy because it's a habit, but all the rehearsing ain't worth it tbh.

I dont rehearse like that but my has this bad habit of replaying socially awkward things I do over and over and its bad like its almost actual physical pain bruh

I feel you dawg, you just be thinking of allll the s*** you could have said and should've said, the way you pronounced things, all kinds of bullshit. Overthinking like that can actually cause real physical pain too. All them negative vibes are seriously bad for your health, but it feels like there is nothing to do about it. Once the first negative thought pops up, s***s like a trainwreck. You know there is no need whatsoever to be doing all that, but whatever the f*** happens in ur mind man, that s*** is complex.

So I started writing a journal since 3 days ago. Just to keep track of how I'm feeling everyday, which particular situations made me anxious, what I can do better if it happens again etc.
Gotta say it kinda helps to just write it all down and get it off your chest. Especially if you don't really have anyone that understands you and feels what you're going through. Might be helpful for some of y'all

Try melatonin. Over the counter and all natural. Start with a low dose when the sun starts to go down or a few hours before bed.

Some people have wild dreams on it tho just a heads up

Doctors have told me that big doses like that can actually be less effective than taking .5-1mg before for some reason

My social anxiety's been at its all-time worst for the past year, I'd say. It doesn't help that there's been moments when I was truly judged for being awkward and anxious, and I wish I could say it was only in my head. The reactions from people basically confirmed it, so my social anxiety worsened.
