Really depends on the era you're most interested in tbh. I love EU4 personally, a lot because of the time it's placed in.

Imo my favorite PDX games are EU4 and Stellaris. Never played the HOI series, CK was never my style but I heard great things about the series, Victoria is a mess imo, and Imperator isn't even worth mentioning

idek how youll get started on vic 2 if u want to but the learning curve for that game is even steeper than other paradox games
