The atomic bombings at Hiroshima and Nagasaki were militarily unnecessary and morally unjustifiable. Truman started a nuclear arms race, a process that will end all life on the planet

    bait, ill still bite tho

95% of Chinese people are covered by health insurance, compared to 92% of Americans. When you consider the amount of people that live in China and that it's still a developing country, 95% isn't bad. But healthcare in rural China is a big issue, which will be combatted in their next 5 year plan

DONG XUE CGTN Reporter "Overcrowding is a daily dilemma in the country's urban hospitals, with a typical outpatient department in Beijing seeing about 10,000 people every day. The problem is exacerbated by the scarcity of medical facilities in rural areas, which causes people to flock to hospitals in nearby cities."

To tackle the problem long-term, Beijing is committed to transitioning its health care system from the current heavy reliance on big hospitals to a balance between technology and community health centers.

Pretty interesting stuff, using 5G for f***ing remote surgery

Xi Jinping also said that he plans to combat the growing urban-rural divide

Healthcare in China is mixed, but still mainly public. "In 2017, 82% of inpatient care was provided by public hospitals. China has three main basic health insurance schemes—rural and urban resident based health insurance, which is funded mainly by government subsidies (about 70% of the total funds), and employee based health insurance funded by employer and employee contributions."

China realizes that their healthcare system isn't good enough, so they've made cohesive plans to actually do something about it. Now say that bout the US with a straight face fam

When you realize Sweden has less than 1% of China's population and 5x the GDP per capita

1 million cases too, they handled COVID pretty well

I dont really want to get into a socialism conversation, but like I said as having family who came from a socialist country, the biggest issue is eventually human greed and manipulation will take over even if the original leaders don't have that sentiment and then it will get all control of the populace, I said I much prefer a system like what Libertarians want where its difficult to get power. In America many pro socialist groups have basically disbanded due or lost any significance due to Greed once they get massive support, blm for instance is one as of recent.
