even the nazis have figured out how to pick a new random symbol every decade to keep people on their toes
They should've been graphic designers instead of fascist paramilitary. Their talents are wasted.

Mfs saying selling oil is a "betrayal" of socialism
I think socialists in America have to find imagery and iconography that isn’t based on past things
Even the hammer and sickle have to go
I disagree bourgeois media has shown to "slander" anyone as a communist even if they are or not, changing the symbols isnt going to stop that lol, they'll just say hey look the commies changed their symbols.
wait this is happening in Austin, some f***ery is gonna happen including the Austin Red Guards I bet

Maduro, a ruthless authoritarian
cooperating with and economically migrating closer to the US after everything the US has done to that country is a real f*** you to the ideological origins of the government there tho

not really tbh, actual neonazis still use the like same 3 symbols (swastika, ss, black sun)

They been privatizing a bit more for a while tho
But i mean maduros govt as a whole already incompetent lol
But this is kinda the point of multipolarity isn't it? As long as they don't betray Cuba or other leftist governments I could care less about Venezuela selling oil to the US against the wishes of Putin

i do agree to some extent like pragmatically but in reality every government that has ever cooperated with the US in the name of multipolarity after a period of tension has ended up essentially losing its sovereignty after the fact. "The US doesn't have allies, it has interests" really sums it up, once allies become redundant or served the purpose of their interest to the US, the US will almost always then use the in-roads created by the former cooperation to take advantage of the country or ensure they can't change their protectorate state (i.e. switch from US alignmen to China alignment).

I don't necessarily disagree, but Russia also only has interests, it's just happened to be in their interests to support leftist governments in Latin America since it weakens the US.
Of course, they should be aware of the nature of the US, have a backup plan and use the money for diversifying industries and not expect them to build socialism in the long term like YPG etc lol, but there's nothing inherently wrong with trading with the US

Some fellas seem to think US hegemony is the only reason we don't have world communism and the other side will automatically bring us socialism
Stuck in the old cold war like a lot of libs ironically

I do agree about Russia and also would say it's a complex situation. I'd say the main problem though with trading with the US is the risk of becoming dependent on the US dollar (a literal death sentence for sovereignty) - not sure if I trust Maduro in this situation to handle this one correctly

I mean I don't trust Maduro with much either lol, but the reflexive OMG THIS IS BETRAYAL OF COMRADE PUTIN I see on some online spaces is just that vulgar Fax Blumenthal anti-imperialism
