Been there several times 10 years ago for an old company I used to work for and it was a ghost town back then. 60k used to live there and now its down to ~30k. They just built a casino out there so I don't know what the f*** that is gonna solve.

The whole delta area in Arkansas is poor. I think the only major company left down in this area was Murphy Oil and they announced a year or so back that they plan on moving the HQ down to Houston. Its almost a night and day difference in Arkansas in the area north of I30/I40 and everything south of it.
