tuvans, buryats, and people from other republics are being forcefully conscripted since the moment it was announced. they are also disproportionally targeted; someone told me its like 50 non-europeans Russians to seven white skin Russians or something similar percentage-wise. that is f***ed up even if its not that many European Russians over there; none of it happens in the western parts of the country, not villages getting raided and people taken out of their beds to get service tickets

it probably will happen in other parts of the country sooner or later but the fact that this is whats going on while European Russians are running to neighboring countries (ones theyre mostly not fond of in the first place) made me wish for a better outcome
