I'm not saying they don't like or don't listen to it I'm just saying it wouldn't shock me if there were posters who artificially inflated the numbers just for appearances. Like I said there are people who display their RYM publicly so people can see how avant garde their music taste is. This really isn't that much of a stretch to me

Op got a lot of people on ice rn lol. When I was younger I used to download artist discographies and not listen to them because I felt cool for having the artist in my library and no one even saw it
