    You should have a modem from your ISP

    1. Connect a coax cable from that modem to the coax coming out of the wall (the black part)
    2. Verify the modem then shows it has internet service
    3. If you have a separate router, you will connect that to the modem in the designated Ethernet port which will give it internet
    4. Once your router is on and online it will broadcast WiFi for you

    What is plugged into the coax now? What is the white cable leading to? The black cable is the cable from your Internet provider that is terminated at your house/apartment

    Oh just saw the first pic, yeah unscrew that white cable (may need tools) and then connect the coax cable your isp gave you to your modem.
