What I want Drake to address on CLB is his view on the X situation, furthermore going onto Juice Wrld and speaking on how many rising stars we've lost in such a short amount of time. Drake has probably the biggest platform to get it off with. If he does I feel it will be most likely received well from the hip hop community and the artists respected fan bases.
Any comments/ discussions on this please I been thinking about it.

you should work on your reading comprehension. "wouldn't + wasn't" implies that the person either wouldn't be thriving or wouldn't be relevant without drake's involvement or existence

That doesn't mean he wasn't dissing X. as a fan of both artists I would say you can hear a bit of Drake's influence on X's music. maybe not 100% a CLONE of Drake but nobody would take offense if you said X was inspired by Drake. In one of his interviews, XXX said that even though he has no respect for him as a person, he thinks that Drake is a genius.
